You Can Run Coordinator | Party Chair's Office

The Team Sync Coordinator is going to be a big part of how the Progressive Party moves forward. The Sync Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling calls with our volunteers, helping to get us all on the same page - sharing our sorrows and successes. This role is essential to building a strong, celebratory team dynamic that enhances our workflow and leads us to a successful 2026.
This individual may also coordinate hosting of digital calls for cross-department collaboration.
The Fundraising Coordinator, reporting to the Treasurer’s Office, will be responsible for developing and executing grassroots fundraising strategies to support the Progressive Party’s goal of running candidates by Fall 2026. This role includes setting up and managing digital donation platforms, coordinating small-dollar fundraising campaigns, creating toolkits for regional teams and candidates, and maintaining donor records in coordination with the Treasurer. The Fundraising Coordinator will also provide basic training and support to candidates on campaign fundraising and collaborate with the Communications Team to craft compelling donation appeals. Ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and comfortable with digital fundraising tools and messaging. This is a volunteer position with a time commitment of 5–7 hours per week.

The staff typically spend 8+ hours a week in collaborative project-based efforts. We share our experiences and offer room for growth, we are a party of the people and it will be through our work together that we will achieve party goals.
You must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States to apply for a position. All positions are open until filled. You should confidently be able to contribute at least 8 hours a week and attend one weekly meeting to be a volunteer, and volunteer positions hold at-will termination.

Could you sell the Progressive Party? If the answer is yes, then you should join our team of Marketing Strategists! You'll be working closely with the Communications director to plan out our marketing campaigns, themes, and messaging. You'll get an opportunity to post on party socials, as well as monitor trends and make adjustments as needed.

The Progressive Party is a party of the people, not big corporations. We're looking for someone who can help us live into that by joining our team as a Fundraising Coordinator! This role is great for someone who is hoping to build the party's power in the long term. The optimal applicant is someone who enjoys being creative and using their imagination, as well as someone who deeply values party ideals.
The Fundraising Coordinator will work with the Treasurer and other party officers to come up with creative fundraising campaigns and see them through! You'll help us set goals for the party, keep us informed on industry trends, and help us build fundraising infrastructure!
This role has the opportunity to become a supervisor role.

Our Program Coordinators will be tasked with a manager-level position, taking on a project that will help lead the Progressive Party to victory in local, state, and federal elections!
Do you want to help Sydney spread the word about the Progressive Party? This position will be advancing the political party's goals by building and strengthening relationships with key community groups, voters, organizations, and activists. This individual will design and implement strategies to engage supporters, ensure effective communication, and increase voter participation. The role will require creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for political activism.

Are you passionate about social media? Join our team and oversee the party's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance outreach. You'll work with our Marketing Strategist,gr
The first thing that people see when they come to our party is our website. We need you to help make those first impressions good impressions! Web Designers and Developers will be needed on occasion to update and build websites for the party and its programs. The ideal candidate for this role is familiar with WordPress, although we accept diverse experience levels!
The party's image is in the hands of our Graphic Designers. Join our team of designers to help us craft that image, maintain our social media, and develop branding for new programs! You should have prior design experience in a professional or academic setting, OR submit a strong portfolio along with your resume.
Assist in the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, and more. Collaborate effectively with all of the Communications Office for content.
Serve as the primary liaison between the party and the media. Prepare press releases, coordinate press conferences, and manage media inquiries to effectively convey the party's message. Continue to stay up do date on current events to respond efficiently.
Board of Directors
Provide legal advice to ensure the party's activities comply with laws and regulations. Draft and review legal documents, and represent the organization in legal matters.
Treasurer's Office
Responsible for expanding our donor base and building relationships with donors.
Responsibilities also include calling existing and prospective donors and facilitating email fundraising campaigns. Responsibilities include selling the values and capabilities of the organization to donors. You will be responsible for building up a sales registry of donors and potential donors. You will also be responsible for contacting donors, closing sales, and building a relationship with donors.
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing insightful financial reporting and data analysis. As a Finance Manager, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring the party's financial success and have an understanding of managing finances for a political party.
Mange cold calls and emails. Get the word out on the party and assist in fundraising efforts.
Party Leader's Office
Assis in shaping the platform and inform the platform committee on trending topics. Stay up-to-date on needs of the party that fuel our platform and leader.
This position is for anyone with experience or interest in writing policies and legislation. You will be a vital part of the Party Leader's Office.
