I am currently a political science student, certified human rights consultant, campaign organizer, and governance-focused leader with experience spanning electoral campaigns, public affairs, institutional leadership, equity policy, and community organizing. I have served in executive roles within student government, worked directly on statewide campaigns, and advised on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that required coordination with senior leadership. I believe political parties must operate as durable civic institutions that are, in return, capable of organizing year-round, training leaders, retaining volunteers, and making decisions grounded in data, equity, and accountability. I believe democracy is strengthened through participation, transparency, and intentional leadership development. I also believe that all voices need to be heard.
I am running for this seat on the Board as Party Chair because I want to help lead and empower people, bringing my experience and dedication to creating meaningful change. I have a proven record of activism, leadership, and community engagement, and I am committed to amplifying all voices from all backgrounds, advancing progressive values throughout, and strengthening our organization. I see this role as an opportunity to guide our party with vision, energy, and inclusivity, ensuring that we not only respond to today’s challenges but also build a stronger, more equitable future for all together as a team.
I bring cross-experience that translates directly to board-level responsibilities. On the electoral side, for example, I worked on a gubernatorial campaign, handling petitions, phone banking, voter outreach, event support, and digital engagement, giving me firsthand knowledge of grassroots mobilization and field operations. As a Public Affairs Intern, I supported policy research, communications strategy, and stakeholder engagement, strengthening my ability to translate complex issues into clear messaging. As an Election Day Turnout Intern with the Associated Press, I coordinated with election officials across multiple states, tracked real-time voting data, and reported turnout information under strict accuracy standards. Now in governance roles, I served as Executive Vice President of a student government association, where I helped set agendas, manage committees, and represent thousands of students. As Equity & Inclusion Committee Chair at Rider University, I acted as a formal liaison to the Chief Diversity Officer, Associate Vice Presidents, Human Resources, and the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as participating in cabinet-level discussions and advising on policy, programming, and institutional accountability. I also bring professional expertise as a Certified Human Rights Consultant, including policy analysis, research, monitoring, and rights-based governance approaches. Additionally, my leadership with Sandy Hook Promise and Everytown demonstrates my ability to manage volunteers, build coalitions, and sustain issue-based organizing within broader political ecosystems.
Under my leadership within the next 5 years, the party would have established formal infrastructure for leadership development and volunteer retention. This would include standardized onboarding for all new members, structured training programs for organizers and committee members, and clear advancement pathways into leadership and board roles for the future. Local and county organizations would receive consistent operational support, shared resources, and regular communication from party leadership. Equity goals would be tracked through measurable benchmarks. The party would operate year-round with ongoing voter education, issue engagement, and community presence, resulting in stronger turnout, deeper trust, and a more resilient organizational structure that focuses on people first.
I actively organize, lead, and build institutions that empower people to participate in democracy and advocate for their rights. I work on political campaigns supporting voter engagement through petitioning, phone banking, event organizing, and digital outreach, ensuring voters are informed and mobilized. On Election Day, I have supported turnout and reporting efforts that protect transparency and public trust in elections. I serve in governance and leadership roles where I translate advocacy into policy and institutional change. As an executive officer in student government and as Chair of an Equity & Inclusion Committee, I have led committees, set agendas, coordinated with senior administrators, and advocated for concrete policy initiatives related to student wellness, access to resources, and inclusive institutional practices. This work involves serving as a liaison to executive leadership, ensuring that community concerns are elevated into decision-making spaces. I organize and educate around progressive issues. As an Education Manager and organizer within advocacy organizations, I have recruited and trained teams, developed educational materials, and led outreach efforts focused on reproductive freedom, human rights, and civic engagement. I am also a Sandy Hook Promise and Everytown Action leader, where I engage in coalition-building, volunteer mobilization, and public education as part of broader efforts to reduce violence and strengthen community safety. Mentorship is a central part of my work. I mentor students and young people through peer leadership programs, orientation leadership, and community education, helping them build confidence, civic awareness, and leadership skills. I focus especially on creating access for young people who are often excluded from political and institutional spaces, ensuring they see themselves as capable leaders and change-makers. I also contribute through professional human rights work. As a Certified Human Rights Consultant, I conduct research, monitor rights concerns, and support policy development using rights-based frameworks. This allows me to approach activism with demands for change in evidence, accountability, and international human rights standards and protocols. Across all of these activities, my goal is the same which is to change lives, save lives, and not only that make sure every voice is heard and to build people power. I help sustain programs and initiatives by developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and pushing institutions to live up to their values. That is how I work every day to improve the lives of people around me and contribute to society but I can also say that every person is just as important, and it is a team effort always.

I believe in equal rights for all with zero discrimination against race, sexuality, beliefs. As long as everyone is respectful. I think that we need more Healthcare and care in general for our nation and our people. We should allow everyone in and out of out control to boost economics and culture. Theres a lot i could type out more over time. Ive always been green bernie sanders party.
I influence people daily and help in state wide campaigns already so let's level up
I know how to organize neighborhood communities and recruit people to deliver campaign success in targeted areas.
I would want to train and help others to reach the same level and have people recognize we're all in this together. I would still get my hands dirty and do the work instead of dictating.
Im in film, music, arts and do a variety of things to constantly network and meet new people. Online and in person.
