The staff typically spend 8+ hours a week in collaborative project-based efforts.
You must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States to apply for a position. All positions are open until filled. You should confidently be able to contribute at least 8 hours a week and attend one weekly meeting to be a volunteer, and volunteer positions hold at-will termination.

Board of Directors
Document and maintain accurate records of party meetings, decisions, and official communications. Ensure transparency and accessibility of information within the organization.
Oversee the planning and execution of internal elections. Ensure fair and transparent processes, manage candidate communications, and coordinate voting procedures.
Provide legal advice to ensure the party's activities comply with laws and regulations. Draft and review legal documents, and represent the organization in legal matters.
Monitor and enforce adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Conduct regular audits and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks.
Party Leader's Office
Develop and execute campaign strategies to promote 2040 initiatives. Coordinate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach efforts.
